News for the week of June 1st-5th

Dates to Remember
June 4th:11:30 dismissal

June 5th:   Kindergarten Program – 8:30am /Multipurpose Room

We will have our kindergarten end of the year program this Friday at 8:30 am. Children will wear their new t-shirts and khaki bottoms with pockets.  After the performance plan to join us in our classroom for a special presentation!  If you would like, you may plan to take your child with you after the classroom presentation.  Attached to this email is a seating chart so that you will know where to have the best view of our class.

As you plan ahead, the last two days of school are half days.  Dismissal will be at 11:30.  You may take your child with you following the program in our classroom on Friday, June 5th

Raz-Kids will be available all summer.  Remember to read, read, read.  During the summer, children tend to lose 2 months’ worth of the knowledge that they attained while in school.  So that your child does not lose what they have worked so hard to learn this year, please make sure that your child reads on their independent reading level at least once a day.  Children will be tested at the beginning of next school year, and we want your child to pick up right where they left off in June.

Wednesday:  Isaac
Thursday:  Half Day – 11:30 Dismissal
